Hello,
Please try these:
1. Restart your printer and you can run this "HP Print and Scan Doctor" tool to diagnose and resolve your printer problems. You can download from HP Print and Scan Doctor .
2. Check your network connection. Examples:
Wireless network connection: On the printer, please make sure you turn on the Wireless network and under Settings menu to make sure the wireless signal is turned on and signal is strong.
Ethernet connection: Please make sure your LAN cable is connected to the printer Ethernet port and to an available port on the router. The green link light will be on if they are connected successfully.
3) Uninstall HP software and reinstall HP software.
[Although I am employed by HP, but I am speaking for myself, and not for HP].

My personal experience for network devices in general, where it glitches in ethernet or wireless connection, setting on the device Static IP Adress (instead of DHCP network discovery) would usually work. And if this doesnt, there could be other issues, either the network's security and management settings, or there could indeed be a product malfunction.
I work for HP. My posts represent my suggestions/opinions and not HP.
Please give me a + or Kudos if you found my posts helpful. Thank you 🙂
