My Printer all of sudden started to download then install Printer updates. It's in a constant loop and I'm unable to print. I unplugged the printer and waited 30 seconds per previous posts, but once I plug it back in, the download/install process begins again. This printer is not even a month old.....please assist.

After "talking" to HP, I was told I would receive a call back in 48 hours......it's been 72. This is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE as I have NOT been able to PRINT. I need a factory reset of this PRINTER ASAP so I can print again and hopefully disconnect the printer updates......this is very unprofessional of HP

If your printer is still stuck in firmware update loop, kindly perform a printer power cycle to check if the printer could exit from the loop . If you have tried to power cycle the unit before. kindly try it again and see if it helps this time round.

I have sent you a private message for more details, please do check your inbox  for the private message.
