Hello All,

 

If the printer shows the below error code

 

0xc6fd0002, 0xc6fd0102, 0xc6fd0202, 0xc6fd0302, 0xc6fd0402, 0xc6fd0502, 0xc6fd0602, 0xc6fd0702, 0xc6fd0802, 0xc6fd0902.

  • 0xc6fd0003, 0xc6fd0103, 0xc6fd0203, 0xc6fd0303, 0xc6fd0403, 0xc6fd0503, 0xc6fd0603, 0xc6fd0703, 0xc6fd0803, 0xc6fd0903.

  • 0xc6fd0013, 0xc6fd0113, 0xc6fd0213, 0xc6fd0313, 0xc6fd0413, 0xc6fd0513, 0xc6fd0613, 0xc6fd0713, 0xc6fd0813, 0xc6fd0913.

  • 0xc7140024

  • 0xc8190014

then please turn off the printer, disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet, wait for 30 seconds, connect the power cable to the wall outlet, turn on the printer and then check the results.

 

If the issue persits then it could be an issue with the printbar, either you can contact the HP Technicial Support or Authorized service center.
