Hope you are well, this error code may relate to a hardware issue inside the printbar of the printer. The recommended diagnostic is to turn the printer off, unplugged from the wall outlet and press the power button for 20 seconds, then connect it to the power outlet in the wall and turn the printer back on, if the issue persists its recommended to take to an HP authorized service provider for hardware inspection.
