The issue is that print jobs sent to the HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw do not start printing automatically and remain in the queue until manually canceled. This could be related to the print job queue not clearing or an issue with print job processing settings. Searching for terms like "HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw print job not printing until cancelled" or "HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw print queue issue" might help find solutions.

 

I can't restore the printer to its factory settings because "The device is busy. Please try again later.
Click the "OK" button to go back."

 

The yellow ink ran out, and when we replaced it with a new one (genuine HP), that's when the issue started. It wasn't a problem before.
