My Photosmart 7200 won't get out of error state.  Unplug does nothing.

 

I have tried every online suggestion from User Support/Blog/Community and online references.  What to do?

Hi tomurich,

I'm sorry to hear you are getting an error state on your printer. 

Without knowing the specific error - I can't be of too much help.
