I ran HP Print and Scan Doctor and the program detected a problem with the Device Status. The error came back as Device Error Detected: Scanner Feeder Mispick Detected. I tried cleaning what I believe is the scanner feeder rollers with a lint free cloth and distilled water and tried rubbing alcohol too. Is there an online video that shows how this should be done? If I have done this correctly I am still getting the same error message after running HP Print and Scan Doctor. I ran all the maintenance and cleaning functions found in the HP software suite but my print test page still comes out looking crappy. My ink levels are good for both color and black.
After making sure I have properly cleaned the scanner feeder should I buy brand new ink cartridges or should I get them refilled at Costco?'

Hi @gman415
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
If you have already tried cleaning the ADF rollers and the separator pad, I,d suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
