Hello,
When attempting to copy a mulitpage document via my new smart tank 7600 series, the documents print in reverse order. I tried looking in settings, resetting the printer to factory settings, etc, but no luck. Is there a solution to fix this reverse order or is this a malfunction of this printer?

@lindzaw, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Smart Tank 7600 series printer is copying documents in reverse order when using the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), this is typically due to the default copy settings rather than a malfunction. Here's how you can resolve it:
Access the Printer Control Panel:
- On the printer's touchscreen, tap Copy.
Adjust Copy Settings:
- Tap the Settings or gear icon (⚙️) on the copy screen.
- Look for an option like "Collate" or "Page Order".
- If available, set the Page Order to Normal (not Reverse).
- Tap Save Current Settings or Set as New Defaults if prompted.
Use HP Smart App (Optional):
- Open the HP Smart app on your PC or mobile device.
- Select your printer > Copy > tap the Settings icon.
- Check for Page Order or Collate options and adjust accordingly.
Reset Copy Settings (if needed):
- If the issue persists, try resetting the copy settings to default from the printer’s control panel.
Update Firmware:
- Ensure your printer firmware is up to date. You can check and update it via the HP Smart app or from the HP Software and Driver Downloads page.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
