Hi everyone,
I just installed 4 new original 364 HP cartridges on my all in one printer 6520. The black one get's the message ' ink cartridge appears to be missing or damaged'.
- I've tried to reinstall the old cartridge I was using, but I got the same error, whereas before it worked;
- I've reinstalled this new cartridge several times;
- I've reset the printer twice (unplugged for more than 60 seconds);
- I put the printer on and off at least 8 times (getting desperate).
The cartridge doesn't appear to be damaged when you look at it.
What to do, what to do?
