HAve had printer fr a couple of months and all worked fine until about 3 weeks ago. Will still print from my android phone and will print test pages from print and scan DR and HP support but won't print documents (word or PDF) Have followed all suggestions on here and HP website to no avail.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled printer, disconnected from wifi and reconnected, deleted all HP programs and reinstalled, deleted print spool etc and all of these several times but each time tells me printer installed and ready and then I get 'printer error'
I can't find any way to contact HP and the virtual assistant isn't able to help - so disappointed
any advice gratefully received - thank you

Welcome to HP support community.
Assign manual IP address and that should fix the issue.
Press the Wireless button and Information button at the same time to print the network configuration page.
Setting a Static IP Address
Once you know your printer’s IP address, entering it is pretty easy. Here’s what you do:
- Run your Web browser.
- In the Web browser’s address bar, type the IP address of your printer and press Enter. Assuming you entered the right address, the HP printer control panel should appear.
- Click the Networking tab.
- Under Connections, click Wireless.
- Under IP Address Configuration, click Manual IP.
- Enter the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway in the appropriate boxes.
- Click Apply.

This might require remote access of the computer to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
I hope that helps.
