Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My printer no longer prints anything I send to print. It just spits out blank pages. I can make a copy, have checked the inks but still nothing. I have checked everything, please help. I want to chuck it out of the window. Worst printer I've every had. Thank you,

Hi,

Please make sure you can print a Printer Status Report by pressing and holding the Cancel button for 3 seconds:

Can you see all text and colors as the shown example, or may missing any specific color?

 

Also, make sure the paper size settings matched the used paper in the printer within the Print dialog, a paper mismatch will likely cause such behavior.

Hi thank you for your reply. The test print doesn't have any colors missing. Still can't print from my desktop. I have updated the drivers etc.
