I run through all the steps like deleting the spooling program followed all the steps from HP

 second one was delete the drives and programs not sure if I've done that right

 keeps coming up with  queuing issue not fixed

 like a print the test page there is nothing Queening  but still will not let me print

It sounds like you're experiencing a persistent issue with your HP Envy 4527 printer queue. Since you've already followed some steps, including deleting the spooling program and drivers, let's go through additional troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Restart Printer and Computer

  • Turn off your printer and restart your computer. Then turn on your printer again.

Check Printer Connection

  • Ensure the printer is properly connected to your computer/network.
  • If you are using a USB cable, try reconnecting it or using a different cable.
  • For wireless connections, ensure the printer is connected to the same network as your computer.

Clear Print Queue

  • Open the “Printers and Scanners” settings on your computer.
  • Select your HP Envy 4527 printer and click on “Open queue”.
  • Cancel all pending print jobs.
  • Restart the printer.

Reinstall Printer Driver

  • Visit the official HP support website: HP Envy 4527 Drivers
  • Download and install the latest driver for your printer.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Check Printer Status

  • Ensure your printer status is “Online”. Sometimes printers appear as "Offline" which prevents printing.
  • Right-click on your printer in the “Devices and Printers” section and select “See what’s printing”.
  • In the print queue window, make sure “Use Printer Offline” is not checked.

Reset Print Spooler

  • Press Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
  • Type services.msc and press Enter.
  • Find the “Print Spooler” service, right-click on it, and select “Restart”.

Update Firmware

  • Make sure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can find firmware updates on the HP support website.
