Hi
Wondering if anyone can help!
My HP printer has suddenly stopped printing in color. This started after I replaced an empty color cartridge (I have done this many times before with no issue)
I have tried to change my "printing preferences" but the option to select color has disappeared (it was there until I reinstalled the drivers).
Both black and color cartridges are full.
I have deleted the printer and all the software and drivers, and reinstalled multiple times.
I have done alignment, testing print quality etc.
I have followed all the troubleshooting steps available but nothing seems to be working.
If I remove the black cartridge from the printer, it then prints in color but as soon as I put the black cartridge back in again, it doesn't print in color any more.
I have no idea what else to do and it is driving me crazy! Does anyone have any other suggestions?
