My printer has lost its IP address. When I print a wireless network test result sheet it says the IP address is 'not applicable'. I also get a FAIL under 'No Filtering' but I've gone in and looked at my router and there is no filtering turned on. I've also tried the HP Online printer help and cannot seem to fix these problems. Help!

Reset the printer back to default.
Restore network settings to default settings.
1. Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status menu.
2. Press the button next to Settings to access the Wireless Settings menu.
3. Select Restore Defaults.
4. Confirm selection to restore defaults.
Now go back and run the Wireless Setup Wizard from the front panel to connect your printer to your routers SSID with password.
