We had instant ink account, but cancelled the subscription. Just changed the cartridge today and printed 5 pages and now it has stopped, please help urgently 🙂

The ink drop icon is related to Instant Ink. If the printer is not enrolled in Instant Ink, make sure both the ink cartridges used in the printer are not Instant Ink cartridges.
Use regular HP ink cartridges.
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC
Turn off web services
Click here to know how to turn off web services. Try printing.
