I pressed on "Wireless" and then looked for  "Restore Defaults" at the bottom but it was absent. Then I tried your private message of turning on printer while slowly alternating pressing the UP button and HOME button, and then selected the selection you mentioned (Software Reset???) and it cycled off. When I powered it back on the "Restore Defaults" was there which I did. Then when I went online by putting the 192.168.x.x address into the browser, no password was required, and it could now be set thru the normal menu Password selection. Thanks!
