I bought this printer in July 2016 was working okay up until I got a "Printhead not working" error message. I checked the 4 cartridges...the color was low ( I only use black the most anyway, it was 1/4 full) . I made a copy one day then the next day tried to print just black ink only document....didn't work. I ordered $90 of HP ink( 934 XLblack & the 3 colors) on Apr. 24 picked it up. The printer sat for 1week, tried to make a black only copy today May 1.........nothing. Put all the new inks in...disconnected/ reconnected.... tried to copy.....nothing.....tried to print got the "Oxc19a0020" error. Scoured the HP Community Board, tried the 'Virtual Agent' route, called the so called 'local service in my are (there are only 2 in my metro area) The one who picked up an actual telephone said they do not 'service the printers"..... THIS is not fun during this Covid-19 crisis. trying to get ink , let alone any answers.
Tried disconnecting/ reconnecting several times same error(s) Tried downloading the software & firm ware again ...nothing. Let it sit for 4 hrs. came back tried again.. took out the new cartridges , put them back in & now it says the printhead problem again.....I am at a lost!!! If I hit copy the icon just spins nothing happens. Cancel it out, go to set up to try maintenace...nothing...HELP!!!

You have a Printhead failure not a part that can be replaced/repaired. You will need to consider a new printer.
