HP7310 error message -Remove and check cartridge on right

I was in the middle of printing and it stopped and said "Remove and check cartridge on right". I took it out shook it and put it back in and it did not work. I tried a new cartridge and it does not work. I changed the cartridge's next to it and still same message.  Turned it off and on several times with no luck. Please assist. This is for an HP officejet 7310 All-in one

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
