Hello,

 

I purchased this product for Christmas last year, worked fine, sometimes wouldn't print, but then I restart it and then it works. Last night it wouldn't print a Word document, I tried restarting it and it doesn't work. It is wirelessly connected to the network, but it doesn't print, it tells me that it's 'ready to print' and the status is IDLE.

I reinstalled the driver and now it works fine. Thanks.

I have that same printer.  When the printer doesn't print, the first thing I do is run Print and Scan Doctor.  99% of the time, this resolves the issue.
