HP8620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have an Officejet 8620 which worked fine for quite a while but for several weeks now it is shown offline all time. The strange part is that I am able to scan and to print test pages from the HP Printer Assistant app.

Not sure if that relates but I have a range extender too (which is not used for the printer) and computer and printer are on the same wifi network (printer is not connected through the USB cable).

Thanks,

Michael

Thanks for the quick response UNCWithMe. Installed the driver, rebooted the computer and it works again.
