Hi @KMTB56,

A warm welcome to HP Community!

Does the printer properly on a regular paper?
Are you using an Index card type paper?

What's the paper size?

Which application are you using to print?

Let me know!

Thank you for your response....  however, I have surrendered.

Have used HP printers for more than a decade and have had good luck. However, this 8720 has not pulled paper or card stock effectively or efficiently.  I have had it less than 60 days and I surrender. Very frustrating.  I have wasted so much paper, stock, ink and joy:). I am finished with it!
