Hello, as per many previous messages I've seen, after getting a new router and trying to reconnect my working Deskjet 3632 printer to it, it fails on all devices I have attempted (multiple smart phones, PC via wifi direct and USB, WPS etc.).
Attempting to set it up by visiting the EWS page when connected directly to the printer's wifi direct network I'm asked for a username and password which I don't know/remember and it accepts nothing which ultimately results in my being locked out of the EWS without being able to proceed.
I've tried (many many times) the wireless settings 'soft' reset (wifi and cancel button for 3 seconds) as well as the 'hard' reset power + 2 x copy button + 2 x cancel button - neither of these result in any change to the above scenario.
Can anyone provide the specific information required to FULLY factory reset the printer and connect it to the wireless network correctly? I note this is being given out in private messages in other forum topics describing this exact same problem - I'm hoping it's something different to the 2 non-solution resets described above.
Thanks

@aaronlp99 I suggest you check my private message for steps on performing a full reset, the instructions are designed for your specific printer and if anyone with a different model would try the steps, it may render the printer unstable, hence a private message would be the safest way of sharing this information: Click here to know how the private message function works.
Stand by for updates!
And have a good day.
(P.S: If anyone wants these instructions for their specific printers, please create a public post and tag me, I'll be happy to help).
