Product: Ink Tank 315
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello. Printer HP Ink Tank 315 does not print black collor on the test print page. I did cleaning cartridge  using software HP but without good result. The printer on warranty period now. I purhased the printer in end of November. Could you give me advice what I should do to fix the mistake. The other collors (C  M  Y )are working good.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you able to make a copy in black?
