Hello,

 

I purchased a new HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 printer a while ago. I am attempting to use the printer but am stuck on the "Use SETUP cartridges" screen with the instructions "Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer." I have the C,M and Y setup cartridges, but I no longer have the black "K" setup cartridge because I already replaced the black ink. How can I bypass this screen and use my printer?

I understand that you want to bypass the setup cartridges, and I am glad to assist you.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to skip setup cartridges and complete the printer's initial setup. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

Hi Sandy, I am not a user of the HP printer ink, but I do have new HP original cartridges but the Letter "I" keeps blinking non stop Ive cancelled it but nothing.  I have printed to many information sheets wasting my ink, and the 2 ink bars are blinking help please?  its a hp desk jet plus 4100 series.  Thanks Terry

Just installed my HP Office Jet 8022 using SETUP cartridges etc.... After 3 days the printer went off line and I had to reinstall. Now I receive the Use SETUP cartridges that came with the computer error eventhough the setup cartridges were originally installed. Have tried removing and reinserting, unplugging and plugging printer in after 60 seconds but the error persists.
