Product: HP Envy Photo 7155
My printer is stating that it was shut down improperly and then it shows a Blue screen with the power symbol and the code 00829C98. Then all the lights blink and do nothing. I have reset it multiple times and nothing. Also I found out that the glass scanner screen is shattered. So I need to know if I am covered by a warranty. Please help.

Do you have an HP machine (notebook or desktop) ? You can use HP Support Assistant to check. If not, please use the following link
