I had to replace the printer and the new printer doesn't take the same Ink cartridge. How do I send back the unused Instant Ink cartridges?

Hi,

 

When you receive your next set of cartridges, there shoudl be a free post recycle envelope that you can use to return them.

 

Alternatively you can loging to your account and request an envelope to be poste dto you free of charge.
