Product: HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

After a recent cartridge change my wireless HP 2710e printer now always produces a new test page which has to be scanned before every print job I ask it to do.

How can I cure this please

If this an alignment page? 

There was  not a good solution to the alignment problem here at HP but

MacOS 10.15 is old but even 14 asks for the same HP Smart to be used for updates.

 

I noticed there is a firmware update that came out March 18, 2024.

You have to select MacOS 10.15 before it shows up.  Be sure to read the description before installing.
