How do you factory reset a HP Smart Tank Plus 551?

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I cannot find anywhere that tells you how to factory reset this printer.  I have been dealing with a black print head error .  I have cleaned all of the contacts, and just replaced the printheads, both of them same time.  When I was on the phone with HP initially, after troubleshooting with them, she told me how to factory reset this printer, I cannot remember what buttons she told me to hold while powering on.  I am still having the same black printhead error even after replacement and would like to try to factory reset one more time before I give up.

I tried that, it doesn't give me the spinning wheel.  When I was able to talk to tech support, she had me hold a button (or possibly 2 buttons) and power it on.

You should power off the printer, then press and hold both Copy black and Resume, while holding them power on the printer and then you should see a spinning wheel.
