Getting error 0xc19a0013.  How do I fix and get rid of this message?  Thank you.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting a 0xc19a0013 error, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

Solve HP Printer Error Code
Replace low or empty cartridges. In case you received an Ink Alert message before this error appeared, chances are that replacing the printer cartridge will resolve the issue.
Ensure that printer cartridges are correctly installed.
Clean the printheads using an automatic cleaning utility.
