Hi @Saisrinivas06,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I just spent an hour on the phone with technical support and I was instructed to do the same reset process I have tried several times. Then the support person offered to help me purchase a new printer. I declined. Since I had nothing to lose, I reached in and was able to remove all but the black ink cartridge even though the carriage is stuck to the right. When I powered down and back up, the carriage was centered. I cleaned under the ink cartridges and cleaned the bottom of the ink cartridges, but to no avail as I ended up with the same event code. I believe a printer should last more than 2.5 years and I doubt I will do business with HP again.
