Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Only black and yellow print. I had the same problem before but only mag and cyan printed that time. Tried everything but nothing worked. A commenter on the forum said the only thing left to try was a hard restart. I followed instructions to a T. It worked the first time. I have slept since then and cannot find my note. Can anyone help me?
