Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Officejet Pro 6978 purchased new and installed end of October 2022.  Worked fine for about 2 months (using genuine HP cartridges any time one needed to be replaced), then for some reason it started giving the error message "Use SETUP Cartridges".  Of course, I don't have those anymore - used them up in the first few weeks.  Tried various resets, including full factory settings, updated software, updated firmware, changed all the cartridges; but the error message won't go away.  Help?

Thank you!  The solution given in the video worked.  The installed cartridges were recognized and the error message is gone.  I hope it stays that way.
