Product: HP ENVY PHOTO 6255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i am printing through a software located in citrix on a network and getting the mirror images.  Normal printing from  email and all microsoft programs are fine. There is no mirror image selection in the 6255 just selections below.

If you are able to print other documents like PDF, Word, and webpages fine, this seems like an application-specific issue.

Check the settings on the application you are trying to print from.
