HP DeskJet 2742e All-in-One Printer

Hi there,

I am setting up this printer for the second time and getting the 'use setup cartridges error' but I already have cartridges with at least 60% ink left and I don't have any other cartridges. Can someone help me with this error? I read that I can do a 00be reset but I have not been able t find any directions. Can someone help?

I understand that you want to bypass the setup cartridges, I am glad to assist you.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to skip setup cartridges and complete the printer's initial setup. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
