Hi @Etienne511,
I'd like to help!
I underdstand you are facing printer
To assist better-
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Try the steps in the document -Slow printing
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello Jay_G24
Thanks for your reply.
The copy print prints out the same way...
I also printed the test page of HP: same problem.
I printed a letter from Office Word : same issue.
I tried to update the firmware: message no update necessary, you have the latest version.
Tomorrow I can try the steps in the document Slow printing.
See you later, greetings from Belgium.

I did all tests and couldn't find any possible problem...
cable replacement
hard reset
quiet mode = off
print speed = normal
cartridges = original ok
firmware = no update necessary
But do I have the latest drivers? I installed the drivers from the HP website....

Try the below suggestions -
Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check connectivity
Download a special version of HP Print and Scan Doctor specifically created to help with printer offline conditions.
- Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
- Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.
- If your printer in not in the list, turn it off and on, and then click Retry.
- If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- If a screen prompts you to turn on printer updates, click Yes.
- If a screen prompts you to make your printer the default printer, click Yes.
Connect the printer to TCP/IP port
--->Touch on the wifi icon ((i)) on the printer, and take down the IP address
a. Click Start/Devices and Printers. Right-click on your HP Printer. Select Printer Properties. Select the Ports tab at the top.
b. Select Add Port. Select Standard TCP/IP Port. Select New Port.
c. Follow the Add Port Wizard. Under Printer Name or IP Address, . Example: 192.168.1.15. The IP address will be copied under Port Name.
d. Select Next and Finish the Wizard.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Yes, I was. Then I saw 2 printers and set the HP 3633 with TCP/IP port as standard. Then I deleted the Hp 3633 with USB port and printed with the HP 3633 through the TCP/IP port, but I had still the same issue...
Could it have to do with latest updates from Windows10?
