Hello,
A week ago i had a paper jam in my printer, which i fixed by pulling the paper out. however, a new problem appeared afterwards, namely: the printer doesn't print any black ink anymore. I tried to replace the cartridge and update the printer firmware to fix the problem, and when i changed the cartrigde, i saw that a puddle of black ink was laying on the filter where the cartridge makes contact with the printer. I think the printerhead might be clogged or so since the cartridge seems to provide the ink to the printer. My printer is already out of warranty and i wonder what i could do to fix the problem myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Apologies for any bad English, im Dutch.
Below you can find a picture of the cartridge holder and encircled in red the place where the puddle of black ink was(i cleaned it and then took the picture).

I tried to put some water drops on the mesh of the printercarriage(like of alot of the Youtube video's suggest), but like the ink it stayed on top of there. Because i was sure it was clogged, i used compressed air as last resort to clean the printerhead(dont/didnt know if it could damage the printer). And that seemed to work, afterwards a bit of water went trough the mesh and the printer seems to be working again now. Thanks for the advice.
