I upgraded to all in getting a “new” printer. Sent a defective machine. Requested replacement- got a refurbished one. Cancelled and went back to instant ink. Every person with all in has been rude and disrespectful- except Em. They told me to send back original printer in replacement box and fed ex would a shipping label and provide box for replacement to be sent back. Never got it. Called and go said they’d send one. Never got it. Chat told me he couldn’t escalate- then “escalated” and told me to look for label in email. Already have been waiting g for that exact thing for 2 weeks. So I called- rep Argenis told me nothing they can do and the department above them for st take calls. Refused to let me speak with a supervisor. I call back and they will not let me past whoever answers the phone. They have 3 different cards for me since they charged me 15x for the $1 replacement charge (so they can charge me $270 if I didn’t return) I have 2 days left for my return window and I’m LIVID that I have no way to return this junk.

I saw your message and it is not the problem. The problem is that I have absolutely talked to people at HP multiple times and had case numbers attached to each interaction. They assured me that I would receive it even again and I still have not. Considering all of the other Comments in the community section I don’t think it would be hard to file a lawsuit against HP
