Not printing colour for iOS

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the  "cannot print in color from ios" issue. 

To better assist you - 

1) Are you able to make color copies?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

3) Are you using the HP Smart App to print?

Meanwhile, please ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and iOS is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and iOS:

1.) Open the document or photo you want to print, and then tap the Share icon  or  .

2.) Tap Print or the Print icon .

3.) On the Printer Options menu, tap Select Printer, and then select your printer from the list.

4.) Touch Options and disable Black & White.
