I recently upgraded computes. When I tried to install the printer it fails every time. It says can't work with windows 10. How do I solve the software issue?

Thank you for stopping by the HP Community! 🙂 I see you are trying to install your HP PSC 1315v to your computer running the Windows 10 Operating system. It fails, saying it cannot work with the Windows 10 OS.
1. How are you installing the HP software, using the original disc or software download?
2. At what part of the install does it fail?
I would like you to run the HP Print and Scan Doctor > www.hp.com/go/tools- It was designed by HP to provide users with the troubleshooting and problem solving features needed to resolve many common problems experienced with HP print and scan products connected to Windows-based computers.
What does the PSDR find?
