Hello,
I moved from APAC region to UK and now I can't use my printer for newly purchased ink cartridges. I refer the technical document about incompatible ink cartridge issues and I came to know I need regional setting to Europe from APAC.
Can I get instructions how I can change region setting for my printer?

I have sent you a private message with the regional reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
