Hi @1KPA1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems like the error message "OBBC45" is specific to your HP printer or the printing app you are using on your iPad. I can provide you with some general troubleshooting steps that might help resolve the issue.

Check Printer Connection:

  • Ensure that your HP printer is properly connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPad.
  • Make sure both your iPad and the HP printer have a stable internet connection.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your HP printer. You can usually find this information on the HP support website.

Update iPad Software:

  • Make sure your iPad is running the latest version of iOS or iPadOS. Update it if necessary.

Restart Devices:

  • Power off both your iPad and the HP printer. Wait for a few seconds, then power them back on. This can sometimes resolve communication issues.

Reinstall Printer App:

  • If you're using a specific printing app on your iPad, try uninstalling and reinstalling it. This can help resolve any software glitches.

Check Printer Queue:

  • On your iPad, check the print queue to see if there are any pending print jobs. If there are, try canceling them and then attempt to print again.

Printer Compatibility:

  • Ensure that your HP printer is compatible with your iPad model and the printing app you are using.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
