I get a message saying "unable to locate printer". I followed some directives and was able to get the blue light on the printer to stop blinking but I still get the message "unable to locate printer" and the printing job will not proceed. This is the first printing job after acquiring a new wireless router. I have printed out a HP Network Configuration Page, a Wireless Network Test Results report and a report called Web Acess Test Results . I need help to try and get the printer to synch up with the computer. Thanks

Hi @Underpines,
Welcome to Expert's Day on the HP Support Forum!
In order to get the computer to communicate with your printer, go to 'Printer Offline' or 'Printer Not Responding' Message (Mac) for detailed troubleshooting steps.
Let me know if that works!
I am an HP employee. I work on behalf of HP.
Click the thumbs up + button if I have helped you.

Cloudqueen,
Thank you for the help. I was able to watch a short video that helped me work throught the situation. It was rather simple, but nothing I found on the computer or through my own searching throught the HP directions provided this same simple direction.
