I cannot print using hp plug in otg printing using hp laserjet m14-m17.

 I am receiving this notification and can't print using hp plug in app with hp smart app. How can I fix this issue. The printer is on and can print via laptop but not on mobile.

The OTG feature is supported on a limited number of printers.

Your printer is not in the list of supported devices.

HP printers and Android smartphones or tablets.

NOTE: Printing with a USB OTG cable is not supported from an Apple or Windows 10 Mobile device.
