Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a refurbished HP OfficeJetPro 8710 MFP from HP. Now, specifically, in the instructions, it specifically says: "remove the printhead and cartriges from the old device, and install them in the new device (the refurbished product)" 

 

So I did that.  Printhead, and cartriges are all installed and happy. Then I turn the machine on, and it says "use setup cartriges"

 

I didn't get any setup cartriges with the product. Just a printer, and a power cord. 

 

Please advise.
