We recently changed from Spectrum internet to Fidium. I would not recommend Fidium, there have been a lot of issues, escpecially trying to contact them.
After less than a week with the new service I looked over and saw this message in the window of my HP Smart Tank Plus 651 printer. Error code 0XB80585EA
Some of the side lights were blinking, like the question mark and home light.
I tried everything to get rid of the message, using the hp print doctor, recycling my pc, the printer even the router. Nothing has helped. Do I need a new printer? This one is barely two years old.

Hi @Littlesisu,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
