The ink cartridges were supplied with printer and I have enrolled for ink.

Hello, 

 

Looks like you have subscribed to Instant Ink ( as mentioned by you ), however you are still using the cartridges that came in the box. This is the only reason why the (i) button is lit in Red. 

 

Did you receive the Welcome kit after subscribing to instant ink ?  Using Instant Ink cartridges should clear the issue.
