I have an Envy 5544 which uses the 62 size ink. I am part of HP Instant Ink and have been sent black and tricolour cartridges for 63/302 which the printer refuses to accept.

 

How do I get this rectifed as I am currently unable to print any work!

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.

I understand you have received a wrong set of ink cartridges and you are in need of the replacement ink cartridges.
