I need a new colour ink cartridge but i have lost the last one instant ink sent, how do i get a new one.

Please can someone help I have a ENVY 5640 e-All-in-One Printer series and I have lost the black ink cartridge. This means HP are no longer sending new cartridges and I can no longer print. All I need is to tell them I have lost it and to send me a new colour and black one. It has taken me 20 mins to get on the bloody forum. Why are there no phone numbers to help customers?

Hi there. I have the same problem - I have lost the black ink cartridge so am unable to recieve more ink or to print.
It is very hard to find the way to speak to someone on HP support site. Once I eventually found the phone and chat options, they were both closed today.
I can see from this thread that other customers have had the same challenge - yet nothing has been done to make this easier to self-serve.
In any case - can anyone from HP help me with this? I'll try a PM to Andrea who supported other customers on this thread - I hope she still works there!
