I keep getting an error on my Officejet 4650 "Ink Cartridge Problem" remove and reinstall indicatedcartridge.  First, it does not indicate which cartridge it is referring to, and I have removed and reinstalled both color and black cartridges to no success.  These are resonably new cartridges, genuine HP and I need them to work.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the cartridge error on your Officejet 4650 printer.  Go through the steps in order, especially cleaning the cartridge contacts as shown in step 3.
