I am unfortuneately in the same group that can not access my HP 8610 Officejet Pro printer.  I receive an error message on the small printer screen "User name or password is incorrect.  Make sure the credentials are correct in the configuration"  I do not know if there is any correlation but this issue surfaced about the time I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  If you have any suggestions on how to rectify this problem I would appreciate your assistance,  You may send me a private email:  tmrisley@sbcglobal.net.  Thanks in advance.

I also need the private instructions to do the Semi-Full reset as I do not have the password for my 8610 all in one.
