Hey @hsteeves,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand that you have misplaced the Administrator Username and Password for your HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer. I would like to assist you today with resolving this issue.
At this time I am going to send you a Private Message with the instructions on how to perform the Semi-Full Programming Reset on your HP Officejet. Once the Reset is complete you will have a nice clean slate to work with. Please refer to your Private Messages for further instructions.

I am unfortuneately in the same group that can not access my HP 8610 Officejet Pro printer. I receive an error message on the small printer screen "User name or password is incorrect. Make sure the credentials are correct in the configuration" I do not know if there is any correlation but this issue surfaced about the time I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. If you have any suggestions on how to rectify this problem I would appreciate your assistance, You may send me a private email: tmrisley@sbcglobal.net. Thanks in advance.
